Customer Satisfaction

Cancellation Policy

If the order cancelled before we ship it, no penalty. If cancelled after shipping, customer returns it at their expense. All returns – we deduct 15% restocking fee + S&H charges.

Shipping and Taxes

The price of items listed does not include S&H charges. When you add an item to the shopping cart, UPS modules show the different shipping options and charges and you can choose appropriate mode of shipping.


The S&H charges depend on the following:
  • Weight of the item (including packing materials)
  • Size of the item
  • Mode and speed of shipping
  • For custom dance costumes shipping charges are calculated from India
  • Big and delicate musical instruments like Veena will be shipped through a trucking company.

Appropriate tax will be added to customers ordering from Georgia.

Refunds and Returns

Despite our best efforts, we understand that there might be times when you are not completely satisfied with products and would like to return the item. eShubham will accept returns, ONLY IF the item has not been used and is returned in original re-saleable condition. If you receive a damaged or a wrong item, please contact us by email within two days of receiving the product. .

There is absolutely no refund on the following items:

  • Food items
  • Opened CD ROMS/Audio tapes
  • Any used items

However, we will repair or replace the items at our discretion, if they are found to be defective on arrival

Return Guidelines and Procedures

  • We will send you return instructions with return authorization number.
  • We will repair or replace the items at our discretion, if they are found to be defective on arrival
  • Items returned RA# will be refused.
  • All returned items should be shipped prepaid. No C.O.D. shipments for returned items.
  • All returns are subjected to 25% restocking fee.
  • S&H charges will be deducted from the amount due
