This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied (statuary or otherwise) and of all other obligations on eShubham's part.

Term and Conditions for Dance Items

Items shown on the website are typically available in the inventory in USA and are shipped within two business days by Fedex or UPS ground service. The normal transit time is 5-6 working days. However, if an item is not available in the inventory, we will ship it from India through Speedpost at no extra cost and the normal transit time is two weeks. Once we ship the item, we will email you with the tracking number.

If you need any specific item that is dance or music related but is not listed in our website, you can contact us and we will try to procure it for you. However, such orders are deemed “custom” orders, and the shipping time depends on the ease of procuring that particular item. For all custom orders, we require customers to provide a formal order form with the specifications of the item needed. Once we receive the custom order, we will send you a price quote, approximate shipping date and the mode of shipping. Full payment is due at the time of the order for all the custom orders.

When you order a custom dance costume, we will try to get as close match as possible for the color of your choice. The color shade varies depending on the costume material and availability at the time of your order. As you are aware, certain color combinations are manufactured only in limited quantities.
